We built this because the advice was everywhere and the systems were nowhere.
Photography placeholder — a commissioned founder portrait is being prepared.
I spent years sitting with small business owners in Nairobi — shops, salons, practices, delivery outfits — and the pattern was always the same. These were not people short on ambition or insight. They were short of structure. They knew what a good customer conversation felt like; nobody had ever written down how to have one, every time, on a Tuesday afternoon when the phone won't stop.
Meanwhile there was no shortage of advice. Threads, courses, webinars, frameworks. Almost none of it survived contact with a real WhatsApp inbox at 9pm.
So we started writing the systems instead of the advice. Actual scripts, with the reasoning behind them. Actual templates, with the variants a business needs. And then — because a document you lose isn't a system — an actual platform to keep them in, search them, and update them as we learn more.
My commitment is narrow and I intend to keep it. We will not manufacture urgency, invent testimonials or run countdown timers. We will publish our roadmap and our changelog so you can judge us on shipping rather than promises. What you buy stays yours, updates included. If a product doesn't help your business, I'd rather hear it than have your money.
The long-term vision is straightforward: a growing ecosystem of business operating systems — playbooks, prompt collections, automations, an academy — that a small business can adopt one piece at a time, at prices a small business can actually pay.
We're building it from Kenya, for Africa and beyond, because the constraints here produce better software. Mobile-first, chat-first, cash-sensitive, relationship-driven. Build for that and it works anywhere business is personal.
If you're running a business and reading this: thank you for taking us seriously. We plan to be here for a long time.
