Platform security
The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections end to end. Access to customer records is restricted at the database layer, so a request can only ever read what that request is entitled to read.
- All traffic served over HTTPS with modern TLS.

License protection
Licenses are validated on our servers, never by client-side code that could be edited. Each activation is recorded so you can see exactly where and when your license has been used.

Privacy
We ask for a name and an email at activation because support needs a way to reach you. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell customer data — not now, not as a later business model.

Data usage
Your data is used to give you access, deliver updates and answer support requests. Aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns help us decide what to improve — for example which library categories get used most.

Secure downloads
Files are served over encrypted connections and checked against your active license on every request. Download links are session-scoped rather than permanent public URLs.

Version verification
Every download is tagged with the product version it belongs to, and every version has a dated changelog entry. You can always confirm that the file in your hands is the current one.

Update policy
Updates to a product you own are included. We do not withhold fixes for a paid upgrade, and we do not remove material you already have access to when a new version ships.

Product authenticity
Genuine products are sold only through authorized marketplaces and always deliver a license key that activates. A copy that cannot be activated is not a copy we issued.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create a password?+
No. Access is granted by a license key that binds to your device, which means there is no password of yours for us to store or for anyone to steal.
What happens to my data if I stop using the platform?+
Your license and activation record remain so you can return later. If you'd prefer we delete your record entirely, ask and we will.
Can I use one license across my team?+
A license is intended for one business owner and their devices. Team access under a single business license is on the roadmap.
Is there a recurring subscription?+
Not unless a product page explicitly says so. Products are one-time purchases with updates included.
Who processes my payment?+
The authorized marketplace you buy from. We never see or store your card details.
How do I report a security concern?+
Write to us through the contact page with as much detail as you can share. We investigate every report and reply.
