Getting your files today
Where your files come from right now, which formats ship, and how to get a fresh copy at any time.
Files aren't served in-app yet — an in-app Downloads area listing every file per product, tagged by version, is on the roadmap. Today, every product is delivered as a zip by the marketplace you purchased from (Selar or Payhip), sent to your email at checkout.
Lost the email, or need it again? Contact support with your license key or order reference and we'll re-send the files directly, as many times as you need, for as long as your license is active.
Formats you'll find inside
- PDF for print-ready playbooks and checklists.
- Editable documents for templates you'll adapt.
- Plain text and CSV for prompt collections and script libraries.
