How your files are delivered today
Where your files actually come from right now, and what's on the roadmap.
Right now, files are delivered as a zip by the marketplace you purchased from (Selar or Payhip), over that marketplace's own encrypted checkout and delivery flow — we don't yet serve files directly from your dashboard.
If you can't find your delivery email or lose access to the marketplace order, contact support with your license key or order reference and we'll get the files to you directly.
What's coming
A direct in-app download — checked against your active license on every request, with session-scoped links rather than permanent public URLs — is on the roadmap. This article will be updated the day it ships.
