Our refund approach for digital products
Where refunds are processed, what we ask for, and how long it takes.
Purchases are processed by the marketplace you bought from, so refunds are handled under that marketplace's policy. We support the request from our side and revoke the license once a refund is issued.
If a product isn't what you expected, tell us what you were hoping for. In many cases the material exists and we can point you to it.
What to include in a request
- Your order reference from the marketplace.
- The product name.
- A sentence on what didn't work for you.
