How we decide what to build next
The public roadmap, how requests are weighed, and what 'planned' actually means.
The roadmap is public and split into Now, Next, Later and Future ideas. Anything marked Now is actively being built. Planned means it is committed but not yet started.
Customer requests carry the most weight, particularly when several businesses describe the same friction. We do not promise dates we can't hold.
